The goal is to ask better questions, search for truth, identify root causes, and make sense of the issues that divide us.

What is The Policy Wedge?

The Policy Wedge is a critical, nonpartisan analysis publication focused on politics, policy, technology, and society. It analyzes current events, divisive public debates, institutional behavior, government action, social phenomena, technology, and the deeper forces shaping public life. The goal is not to amplify outrage, but to understand what people are really arguing about, what the evidence shows, what values are at stake, and what better policies or interventions might look like. The Policy Wedge takes both outcomes and values seriously. It asks what works, what is true, what tradeoffs are being ignored, and why many public disagreements become so difficult to resolve.
